1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Apex Men's Coaching website (the "Site") or engaging in coaching services provided by Sarah Labella ("we," "us," "our"), you ("you," "your," "Client") agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use this Site or our services.

2. Nature of Services — Coaching Is Not Therapy

Apex Men's Coaching provides life and relationship coaching services. Coaching is not psychotherapy, mental-health treatment, medical advice, or a substitute for licensed clinical care. Sarah Labella is a Certified Men's Coach and is not licensed as a psychologist, psychiatrist, licensed clinical professional counselor, social worker, or physician.

• If you are experiencing a mental-health crisis, suicidal thoughts, or a medical emergency, call 911, the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, or go to your nearest emergency room.
• Coaching does not diagnose or treat mental-health conditions, medical conditions, or addiction.
• You are responsible for your own physical, mental, and emotional well-being and for any decisions or actions you take during or after coaching.

3. Use of the Website

You may use this Site for lawful personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable federal, state, local, or international law;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site;
• Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our written permission.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and all underlying materials — is the property of Apex Men's Coaching or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. The Apex Men's Coaching name and logo are trademarks of Sarah Labella.

5. Coaching Sessions, Payment, and Cancellation

• Payment: Sessions are due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. Package sessions are non-refundable but may be applied to future sessions.
• Cancellation: Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged in full or forfeited from a package.
• Rescheduling: We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling with adequate notice.
• No-shows: A missed session without prior notice is treated as a completed session and forfeited from the package.

6. Confidentiality

What you share with Sarah Labella in coaching sessions is held in strict confidence. Coaching is not, however, subject to the same legal privileges as licensed psychotherapy (such as therapist-patient privilege). Confidentiality may be limited where disclosure is required by law, including but not limited to threats of harm to self or others, suspected abuse, or court order.

7. Testimonials and Results Disclaimer

Testimonials shared on this Site reflect individual client experiences. Results vary from person to person, and there is no guarantee that you will achieve similar outcomes. Coaching outcomes depend in large part on your own willingness, effort, and circumstances.

8. Third-Party Links and Tools

This Site may link to third-party services (e.g., Calendly, Instagram). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site or service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and the services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apex Men's Coaching and Sarah Labella shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Apex Men's Coaching, Sarah Labella, and any affiliates from any claim arising out of your use of the Site or services or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in DuPage County, Illinois.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
